How do I contact you?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). Additional options may appear at checkout based on your location.
How do I check the status of my order?
We’ll email you an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel has been dispatched. Use the tracking link in that email for updates.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes—if your order hasn’t dispatched yet. Email support@miyihome.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
How do I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After that, cancellation depends on dispatch status; once shipped, the order can only be managed as a return under our policy.
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment centre. Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 5–12 business days
• EU: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier or customs delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return items if I change my mind?
• Underwear: Not returnable once packaging is opened, unless faulty or not as described.
• Beauty devices: Returnable only if unopened with hygiene seal and original packaging intact (unless faulty or not as described).

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy, and we’ll cover return shipping where applicable.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What currency are payments in?
Prices are shown in the currency selected on our site (typically GBP for UK, EUR for EU). If your bank account uses a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and EU. If you’re outside these regions, please email us and we’ll confirm if delivery is available.
