This website (the “Site”) is operated by Miyi Home (“we”, “us”, “our”). Miyi Home is a trading name of Irise Ltd, registered in England and Wales under Company Number 16033933. Our registered office is at 2 Bullfinch Avenue, Kingsnorth, Ashford, TN25 7FS, United Kingdom.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any policies referenced here (including our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase.

4. Online Store Terms

  • You may not use our Site or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  • You must not transmit malware, harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our reasonable discretion (for example, suspected fraud or reseller activity).

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain errors; we may correct any errors and refuse or cancel orders placed where an error is present.
  • Prices may change at any time. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • We may discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

6. Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products ordered. We will confirm receipt by email; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact details.
  • Payment is taken using the methods shown at checkout and processed securely by Shopify Payments or other listed processors.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title to products passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You can request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After that, cancellation depends on dispatch status; once shipped, the order can only be handled as a return.
  • Underwear: Not returnable once packaging is opened, unless faulty or not as described.
  • Beauty devices: Returnable only if unopened with hygiene seal and original packaging intact, unless faulty or not as described.
  • All other return conditions, process and timelines are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Consumer Rights (UK/EU)

  • If you are a consumer in the UK or EU and buy online, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under applicable consumer laws (e.g., UK Consumer Contracts Regulations / EU Consumer Rights Directive). This right does not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (which includes underwear and certain beauty devices).
  • Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods (e.g., under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015) always apply.

10. User Content (Reviews, Comments)

  • By submitting reviews, comments, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business and the Site.
  • Do not post unlawful, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided “as is” without warranties and at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

  • Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including descriptions, pricing, availability and shipping information). We may correct these and update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
  • We may modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) without notice.

14. Safety & Use of Beauty Devices

  • Beauty devices should be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and contraindications.
  • Unless expressly stated, our beauty devices are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have concerns, consult a qualified professional before use.

15. Warranties & Liability

  • The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
  • Subject to the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; (b) loss or corruption of data; (c) business interruption; (d) loss of anticipated savings; (e) loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or (f) indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be limited to the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts under mandatory local law.
