Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for the best chance of stopping dispatch.
After 1 hour, cancellation requests will depend on whether the order has already shipped.
If the order has shipped, it can only be managed as a return.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window (14 Days)

For eligible items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Once approved, you must send the item back within a further 14 days.

Return Conditions

Hygiene-Sensitive Items (Non-Returnable Once Opened)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, or removed from their packaging, unless faulty or not as described, due to hygiene and health protection reasons:

  • Underwear
  • Tights
  • Stockings
  • Shapewear
  • Bodysuits
  • Socks
  • Any other close-to-skin or hygiene-sensitive items

These items may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Other Items

For eligible returnable items:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, odours, or misuse may not be accepted.

Faulty or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement, in line with consumer law.

Return Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping.
  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
  • Use a tracked service where possible; we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery).
