- After 1 hour, cancellation requests will depend on whether the order has already shipped.

Return Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your package.
Return Conditions
- Underwear: Not returnable unless faulty or not as described.
- Beauty Devices: Returnable only if the original packaging and hygiene seal are intact and unopened. Once unsealed, not eligible for return unless faulty.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags and packaging.
- Faulty or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement, in line with consumer law.
