Return Processing

Return Conditions

  • Underwear: Not returnable unless faulty or not as described.
  • Beauty Devices: Returnable only if the original packaging and hygiene seal are intact and unopened. Once unsealed, not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Faulty or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement, in line with consumer law.
