Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order.

Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, selected European Union countries, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates.

• United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
• European Union (Core Countries): 7–10 business days
• Switzerland: 7–10 business days (duties/VAT may apply)
• United Arab Emirates: 7–12 business days (duties/VAT may apply)

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: £4.99
• Free Shipping: Orders over £60 / €70 (to the same address) qualify automatically at checkout.

Check your details: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

No changes after dispatch: Once your order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are not accepted. If corrections are needed, please contact the courier when your parcel reaches your city.
